Descriptions:
Mini-HEPA
The HEPA cartridge traps particles as small as 0.3 microns like allergens, pollens, dust, pet dander and more. HEPA technology has been developed by the military several years ago and is one of the most effective media to remove airborne particles. The activated carbon is designed to absorb several types of smoke and foul odors as well certain VOC.
Photocatalytic Ti02 (Titanium Dioxide) Activated by UV
Photocatalysis technology Attacks Airborne Odors, Fungi, Mold, Mildew and Microorganisms like Bacteria and Viruses. Photocatalysis is a purification process so effective it's FDA approved for poultry processing (attacks salmonella), pork processing (attacks E. coli), and is also widely used to remove pesticides from fruits and vegetables. It not only attacks bacterial cells, but also decomposes the cell itself. It has been tested in both medical and industrial settings, and has proven successful at eliminating odors and impurities caused by chemicals, viruses, and bacteria.
UV Light
Ultraviolet light is one of the more effective methods to reduce and control airborne pathogens such as mold spores and mildew. For this reason ultraviolet purifiers are commonly used in hospitals. As contaminated air is passed through intense ultraviolet light in the photo-catalytic chamber, bacteria, viruses and most organic compounds are destroyed. In short, the ultraviolet light damages the DNA of microorganisms and renders them harmless and unable to reproduce.
Ionic Air Purifiers
An ionic air purifier or ionizer creates negative ions which change the polarity of airborne contaminants. These particles then fall from the air and away from the air your breathe. Ionizer air purifiers are silent and good at removing particles as well as neutralizing odors.
Carbon Air Purifiers
A carbon air purifier utilizes activated carbon, which behaves like a sponge and traps most airborne gases and chemicals. If you're concerned with tobacco smoke or odors, look for an air purifier with a carbon filter.
The Air Cleaning Stages:
1st stage starts with Cotton filtering effect early.
2nd stage is an Mini-HEPA Filter
3rd stage consists of 2 Photocatalytic Filters (Titanium Dioxide (TiO2)
4th stage comprises a UV Light
5th stage is an Activated Carbon Filter - Absorb mild smoke and odors.
6th stage is an Negative Ionizer - Simply to freshen the air comming out of the unit.
7th paper air freshener, (
Customers can add or remove this stage).
